Spartacus: War of the Damned 3x03 - Daniel Feuerriegel, Pana Hema-Taylor & James Wells
I was actually planning to watch this show and Rome because of scenes like this and to see how men had relationships with other men back then. 🙂 Will do when I get the time and, these screencaps sure do motivate! 😛

DeleteI actually think it looks to real to be fake. But many of the actors chose to use prosthetics. I don't think this guy did.
